When you’ve got to lose weight PlyCorr™ is the solution. So often wood is just too heavy for store fixtures, displays, trade show booths, and signage. PlyCorr™ gives you a lightweight alternative to wood, without sacrificing the ability to be drilled or cut with conventional woodworking tools. Made by laminating a corrugated core with heavy Kraft linerboard the result is a product with much better rigidity, crush strength, and structural integrity than Kraft honeycomb. PlyCorr™ can be laminated with vinyls, melamine papers, veneers, and high pressure laminates. It can also be edge banded with flat PVC, wood tape, lumber, high-pressure laminates, or edge molding for exactly the look you want.

When your application calls for moisture resistance, our MiracleBoard® is the perfect choice. Through using a urethane treated overlay we are able to offer a product that is perfect for critical laminating or painting. With the increased surface quality there is no need for a backer sheet before applying veneer or paint. MiracleBoard® saves weight and time!

Both of these great products offer the benefits of traditional sheet material, but are extremely lightweight due to the special core properties. PlyCorr™/MiracleBoard® can be easily cut, joined, and drilled with traditional tools and fasteners. Its light weight enables large sheets to be easily maneuvered and carried by one person.
